New Business Development Executive
Compensation: OTE £26,000 - £38,000 commission
Location: Remote
For this role, you will be compensated 50% commission
We are a growing lettings agent and sourcing company based in central London, who specialise in short term accommodation and commercial rentals. We currently have a vacancy available for a self-motivated individual who will sit within the business development team as a New Business Development Executive.
The position advertised comes with complete flexibility with it being a remote role and flexible working hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to get into a growing company with potential to grow alongside it and grow out their own team.
The ideal candidate will be driven, tenacious, self-motivating and hungry. Key attributes and experience should include:

Main responsibilities:

Lead generation through phone and email direct to vendors or agents

Liaise with head of development

Identify and develop new relationships with agents across the UK

Achieve and exceed sales targets

Prepare deal packages for investors

Develop and manage a full pipeline of deals
