New Business Development Executive

 

Compensation: OTE £26,000 - £38,000 commission

Location: Remote

 

For this role, you will be compensated 50% commission

 

We are a growing lettings agent and sourcing company based in central London, who specialise in short term accommodation and commercial rentals. We currently have a vacancy available for a self-motivated individual who will sit within the business development team as a New Business Development Executive.

 

The position advertised comes with complete flexibility with it being a remote role and flexible working hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to get into a growing company with potential to grow alongside it and grow out their own team.

 

The ideal candidate will be driven, tenacious, self-motivating and hungry. Key attributes and experience should include:

  • Professional communication and soft skills, both written and verbal

  • Attention to details

  • Organisational skills and pipeline management is vital

  • Sales ability and objection handling

  • Property experience isn’t required but preferable

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through phone and email direct to vendors or agents

  • Liaise with head of development

  • Identify and develop new relationships with agents across the UK

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Prepare deal packages for investors

  • Develop and manage a full pipeline of deals
